You can change for good
Welcome to this website, I hope it offers you all the information you require, but please don't hesitate to call or email me with your enquiry. Be assured I am fully qualified and insured, and choose a therapeutic approach. Hypnotherapy can assist with a wide range of conditions and I take particular interest in fears and phobias, anxiety and stress.
Hypnotherapy can be considered both an art and a science. There are many misconceptions surrounding hypnotherapy, but increasingly empirical evidence points towards hypnotherapy as a valuable tool in an integrative approach to healthcare. Our conditioning and beliefs may serve to constrain and limit us - you can change for good.
Both meditation and hypnosis are useful processes that can help you better manage stress and anxiety. They share common principles and techniques, however hypnotherapy is aimed at specific therapeutic outcome. If your goal is simply to relax, meditation offers the perfect solution for a quiet still mind... maybe easier said than done - but yes, it is easily achievable.
I have a ground-floor clinic and parking is easy. The only barrier is your own mind.
Hypnotherapy is a safe and non-invasive approach for a variety of conditions
A hypnotherapist works by helping you move beyond your conscious mind, by helping you access the subconscious mind. Hypnosis is useful if you are trying to overcome something that you have been struggling with for a while or overcoming fears and phobias - it is a very gentle, natural process. Hypnotherapy uses the power of the subconscious mind to help you to make the changes you want to transform your life. Hypnotherapy addresses the root cause of your problem, to effectively help you to make changes in your life.
Hypnotherapy is steadily gaining recognition as a valuable resource for healthcare professionals, for example current National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines include hypnotherapy as a recommended treatment for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
I have had many clients attending for fertility issues, pregnancy cannot be guaranteed but chances may be maximised by working in the therapeutic space addressing the psycho-physiological barriers.
I have experience in a wide range of conditions, but each of my clients in unique and I do not offer a standard formula ... we work together - with lots of talking about You and Your beliefs... creating your own session, unique for you.
Learn Meditation Techniques - tuition in small classes
Meditation is a very powerful tool that can help you in many ways, as it helps you turn your mind off and quiet your thoughts. True meditation is the cessation of all thoughts, likened to a blank slate. It is being at peace with who you are, and what you do. If your goal is simply to relax meditation offers the perfect solution.
I offer tuition in a small class over an eight week period; without offering philosophy or dogma, these classes will help you find your way. You CAN learn to meditate.
I am on the borders of Bickley and Chislehurst, a mile from the centre of Bromley in South East London and an easy drive from Petts Wood, Orpington, Beckenham, Greenwich and Blackheath.
