I hold a Diploma to teach meditation and offer small classes, or one-to-one sessions, sharing the gift of meditation. In these classes there is no guru, no religious beliefs and no dogma. The goal is to help you master a skill that reduces your stress. You will find an anchor of peace and calm within, creating your own inner oasis.
The classes offer a relaxed informal approach. There are several ways to learn meditation and different starting points will suit different people, we will explore a variety of techniques that help you achieve the goal of regular, enjoyable meditation, that fits into your schedule. Beneficial changes will remain with you as long as you continue your practice.
Without offering a particular philosophy, I introduce a variety of techniques and ways of achieving a sense of reconnection to stillness, attempting to demystify the experience and offering a resource guide to get you started. Different types of meditation styles take you to different places, but compelling scientific studies have found evidence that regular consistent meditation practice can offer a wide range of healing benefits.
Sessions can be one-to-one (£40 per hour) or small classes arranged in your own home, perhaps for you and your friends (£60 per hour).
